Why yes, I do! haha, Sara took this photo.  So for my first entry I am writing about my crossfit experience. I really didn't think I would take to crossfit.  But I love it. I have scoliosis, with a very aggressive curvature.  I have lost two inches of height in the last twenty years. I started experiencing a lot of pain about two years ago in my back.  I was not doing very good working out on my own and thought I'd give crossfit a try. Crossfit has done wonders for me.  I have more energy and stamina. I am in no pain (presently).  Now if I could give up chocolate, I might lose the fat as well as gain muscle.  ;) On top of this, in January, things happened that really were nice for my self-esteem in a good way. I invited friends to come to the gym.  They could come for free in January. Reva Blaney came several times.  She is an amazing athlete. One day our coach had us split up into teams.  One young man (who I didn’t even know) said, we want Anna-Marie
